The Administrative Court of North Rhine-Westphalia declared legitimate repatriation of asylum seekers to Italy.
In 2014 and in 2015 no less than 100,000 that landed from Libya had not been identified according to criteria (fingerprinting) to establish their identity. But now, in 2016, when then to try to get to Germany, it is certain that the German police would identify them and reject them all back to Italy. To date, however, according to German police authorities at least 50,000 migrants that arrived illegally from Italy will be expelled on the basis of German court ruling made public today.
A significant problem for the government of Renzi, if you think that there will be no less than 300,000 Africans, coming from Libya this summer. But the troubles did not end with the German above judgment.
“The government of Rome – wrote on the French economic daily Les Echos (the equivalent of the Sun 24 hours in France) and the corresponding Olivier Tosseri – that it has now taken note of the failure of the ‘Juncker Plan’ for the allocation of 160 000 asylum seekers in Italy and in Greece: just 591 migrants have left the Italian reception centers, which are now crowded with about 110 thousand people and fears a sharp deterioration of the situation with the arrival of warm weather that favors landings of migrants on the Italian coast. ”
So there are 110,000 Africans waiting in Italy and another 300,000 are coming, as stated, by the Interior Minister of Austria last week.
