Roberto Fiore , leader and founder of Forza Nuova, and Massimo Piana , former head of Ferrara of the party, are under investigation for defamation and later this month will be questioned by the prosecutor in Ferrara. The investigation (as reports the local newspaper New Ferrara ) has started from a denunciation of social cooperative Camelot on a number of posts made by Forza Nuova on Facebook 5 October 2015 on the swirl of contracts awarded by City of Ferrara for the ‘ refugee reception.

Forza Nuova replied to the investigation with the words of Piana: “I wish to reiterate that first of all there is an undeniable right to political criticism, and now our lawyers have picked the thing: there’s no problem on our part, if it is brought into question the right to criticize us for dictatorship and if you have moved in that direction (for defamation complaint) means that we put the finger in the wound. ”
The investigation of Camelot
A year ago an investigation was opened with the hypothesis of abuse of office regarding alleged advantages to the cooperative.
