The road to the sea was blocked for dozens of tourists because of the protest of a group of migrants in northern Sardinia.
A dozen people, all of Sudanese origin, invaded the roadway that leads to the Trinity of Agultu Isola Rossa, the famous resort straddling the province of Sassari and Gallura, blocking traffic. The protest,is their desire to leave Sardinia and Italy as soon as possible to reach relatives and friends in other European countries .
The traffic was stuck for about two hours. Then the police officers of Tempio, intervened on the spot, and convinced the migrants to desist. The group was part of the 44 Sudanese that landed yesterday at Olbia airport, from Genoa, and intended to be accommodated in the residence of Trinity Agultu The Paduletta. In northern Sardinia another 43 migrants arrived by boat last week in Porto Torres.
Why do we continue to allow this invasion. Fake refugees demanding when they should be thankful. However, I do agree with them on one thing……please let them leave our country to join their relatives.
