At the present time, National Solidarity is in full swing to help compatriots affected by the recent earthquake. Literally all over the Italian territory, from the Alps to Sicily, the organization has mobilized to collect basic necessities, according to the needs and most urgent demands of the earthquake victims. The National Solidarity militants collect essential goods – goods that are then divided, prepared, loaded onto trucks, cars, vans and delivered to their destination by the volunteers.
But, in spite of everything, they fall to critics, “those who always know better”, who have advanced criticism to the collection and subsequent distribution, but also to the side of the operation propaganda, because – they say – if you are “fascist”, you must not, intervene, or, if you must take action, do it in anonymity.
In early reply that the action for the earthquake victims is sacrosanct and motivated by ties of blood, history, faith, culture and destiny that bind us as Italians and make us responsible for each other in front of God and history. Let us add that we might like to also see the left mobilize to the same cause and the same extent of the radical right and the ultras – but it’s just a coincidence that the first to be vilified and condemned in advance by the official media and special laws are then also the first to speak in favor of the Italians in need, while institutions seem to be sensitive only in favor of gay and would-be refugees? The topic deserves further investigation.
The latter, who say they appreciate the National Solidarity initiatives, but do not share posts and external propaganda, claiming that everything should take place in anonymity (principle also applicable in private and individual life), we respond with a series of objective assessments .
Meanwhile, for starters, the formalization of the National Solidarity constitutes a guarantee for all those who want to make their contribution to addressing their countrymen. No other body has this national preference inherent in its DNA and nothing has practiced this activity as National Solidarity, or at least not to the same extent.
Similarly, to have an organization like SN already in business, it allows to coordinate efforts and redirect it during operations. On the practical level, it is essential to know what goods are most in need to earthquake victims, which have from day to day the different priorities, where aid should be channeled and with what timing, etc. All this presupposes an organization proven over the years, it branched out on the territory and is permanently active, without which it would not go beyond the beautiful spontaneity action, sporadic and lacking in strategy.
Alongside the practical and operational reasons there are also those moral and political. Advertising the National Solidarity activities in disaster relief for earthquake victims, but also helping the most needy daily Italian families, it is the most direct and simple way to counter the current regime’s propaganda aimed at criminalizing the whole area of dissent and nazionalpopolare opposition. In parallel, this continuous advertising allows the organization to expand the area of sympathy and collaboration, but also increasingly to recruit new activists, creating new sections and, ultimately, increase the relief effort and help.
The activities of a section is a stimulus and an example within the National Solidarity to push the other sections to follow suit (and maybe even more and better), as well as the organization’s daily operations constitutes what is more, an example continuous even outside. The birth and the existence of other marks carrying on similar activities are a proof of the approach of the political and operational SN. Whether it’s collecting food and basic necessities, to assisting the earthquake victims or to help needy Italian families, the National Solidarity activists are at the forefront in tackling social hell that advances under the dictatorship of financial power.
But beyond all, remain the testimony and message launched to our people: while all the liberal ideology justifies individual egoism, while institutions too often sin of omission, there are men, women and even kids who act without no personal interest, showing people the car-popular organization by helping to forge a class of militant activist who love their people more than themselves.
Against the facts are not worth the sophistical arguments, and too often the volume of the controversy is inversely proportional to the desire to do. Perhaps, if critics got up from the armchair to act in person, they would find their own action the right answers to their doubts.
