SANREMO – Citizens in revolt against the fake refugees who harass passers by begging, although they have free board and lodging paid for by the taxes of Italian citizens.
Alm’s hat on one side and the other smartphone or cigarette.
“Hey, boss, a euro.” Or: “Lady, a small offering to eat.” But their board and lodging are free. And thank goodness, otherwise instead of cigarettes or phone cards, the immigrants should buy food. But people now have understood this and if at the beginning there was still someone who stretched a small donation, today those caps are pretty much empty. “They have it all”, complain the most. It remains only procured to hassle tourists and inhabitants that in these days of celebration crowd the central Via Matteotti, the Ariston theater district.
The police can not do anything. Reason? They all have the status of political refugee and, thus, are protected by law. If we add that begging is not a crime. But back to the phones. In the large influx they go to the streets asking for money, extending the bonnet under the noses of passers-by, but once they turn the corner, out magically come smartphones and packs of cigarettes. In short, a beautiful life as a refugee.
