On Monday 10 June, the Prato Public Prosecutor sent a guarantee notice for Massimo Nigro, a Prato representative of Forza Nuova, a political movement for which he was a candidate for mayor. The accusation made is that of apology of fascism, based on the Scelba Law. The inquiry file opened by the prosecutor Giuseppe Nicolosi and the deputy Laura Canovai refers to the demonstration called in the Tuscan city entitled Save Italy that fell on the centenary of the birth of the Italian Fasci of combat, in which Roberto Fiore, national secretary of the movement. Nigro, will be questioned in the coming days, the Public Prosecutor disputes that he has called the demonstration as local representative of Forza Nuova, exalting fascism. How would we spontaneously ask? Advertising the event on the main social networks and sending an e-mail to the newspapers in which they remembered the patriots who marched against the Bolsheviks a hundred years ago.
