The following is a note, released to the press by the association Evita Peron.
The law approved on 16 May by the Alabama Senate, aimed at a new regulation of the abortion practice, is at the center of a heated controversy. During the night between 17 and 18 June, militants from the women’s department of Forza Nuova, the Evita Peròn association, posted banners in support of the US regulatory intervention in several Italian cities.
The Alabama, a state that has always been particularly hated by progressives, forbids abortion at every stage of gestation, (except in cases of danger to life) by providing exemplary penalties for doctors who should practice it: a starting point for many regulations that , like ours, need a profound revision of the legislation in which, in order to protect women’s freedom of choice, they fail to recognize the right to life of creatures who find themselves in a condition of objective impossibility to defend themselves, sanctioning, in fact, the right of the strongest to the weakest.
A law, that of the American state, which is part of an entire policy of safeguarding life, and in particular the protection of the child, from conception: in Alabama, chemical castration has recently become law for those convicted of crimes sexual acts against children under 13 years. Laws that appear as revolutionary in a degraded society like ours but which are nothing more than a stance, as radical as it is necessary, to protect the supreme value of life and stop the real genocide that continues to plague day after day the American states but not only: more than 40 years after the introduction of Law 194/78, Italy has been the scene of the killing of millions of human beings.
The Italian legislation on the subject needs a radical change aimed at guaranteeing women new facilitated regulations on economic support for families, the basis of every society, introducing, finally, even protection for too many innocent lives broken by the voluntary interruption of pregnancy
